Learning Windows is an education and training company offering programs in data, technology, and business domains. These Terms apply to all interactions with us, including our website, learning platform, emails, WhatsApp/Slack groups, calls, and social media channels (collectively, the “Platform”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
- You are 18 years or older, or have parental consent
- You provide accurate personal and professional details
- You are serious about completing the program and following guidelines
We reserve the right to deny or cancel access if information provided is incorrect or misleading.
3. What You Get as a Learner
We aim to provide practical, industry-relevant learning. However, access and outcomes depend on your participation and performance.
3.1 Recorded Sessions
You will get access to class recordings and sessions included in your program. Access duration may vary by course and is not guaranteed for life unless explicitly stated at enrollment.
3.2 Mentorship & Doubt Support
You may receive support from mentors, trainers, or teaching assistants during your active learning period. Response time may vary. Community groups are for peer support; replies are not guaranteed.
3.3 Assignments & Practice
You will receive assignments, case studies, or projects as part of your training. Completion of these is your responsibility and is important for skill development.
3.4 Mock Interviews
Some programs include mock interviews or interview preparation sessions. These are limited and scheduled based on availability.
4. Career Support (No Job Guarantee)
Learning Windows provides career support, but does not guarantee jobs or placements. We may support you through resume and profile review, interview preparation, sharing job openings in community groups, and connecting your profile with hiring partners or recruiters.

- Your results depend on your skills, performance, and market conditions
5. Your Responsibilities
- Attend sessions and complete assignments seriously
- Communicate respectfully with mentors, staff, and peers
- Do not share course content, recordings, or login access with others
- Do not misuse community groups (spam, promotions, harassment, etc.)
Violation of these rules may lead to removal from the program.
6. Payments & Refunds
- Fees once paid are subject to the Refund Policy shared at the time of enrollment
- No refunds will be given for lack of participation or personal schedule issues
- Access to the program may be revoked in case of non-payment (for EMI plans)
7. Suspension or Removal
We may suspend or remove you from the program if you violate these Terms, engage in misconduct, or misuse Learning Windows resources or community.
8. Content Ownership
All course materials, videos, assignments, and content belong to Learning Windows. You are allowed to use them only for personal learning. You cannot share them publicly, sell or redistribute them, or use them for commercial purposes.
9. Changes to Services
We may update course structure, trainers or mentors, tools, or platforms used. We may also update these Terms when needed. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Job outcomes or salary expectations
- Missed opportunities due to your inactivity
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Actions of third-party recruiters or companies
